2 yr old male Shiba Inu

Cheddar was surrendered to a shelter by a family that left him home alone for 12+ hours a day, and he spent most of his time outside. They were his second home in 2 years. Needless to say, Cheddar is a very fearful and anxious dog. We were thrilled to get him out of the shelter and into a home that will make him a part of the family, and give him the love and attention he needs to become a happy, well adjusted dog.

Cheddar has been placed in a foster home carefully selected from our adoption waitlist. They have another well socialized, confident, Shiba to show him the ropes and help ease his anxiety. They have the patience to allow him build trust and confidence slowly. He will get daily exercise, mental stimulation, and most importantly, lots of love! The fosters plan to adopt Cheddar after a trial period, so we are not taking applications for him.
