Lupe is a fantastic dog. She is happy, playful girl who likes other dogs, cats, and children who are respectful towards her. Her foster mom initially thought she was a Shiba mix, but DNA test results show half Shepherd. But she is so darn cute and sweet, we want to help find her a good home!

Lupe has been spayed, and is current on all shots including Bordatella. She is approximately 18 month old, has long-legs and is about 45 lbs. She is house trained.She walks perfectly on a leash, goes to doggie daycare, is kind and smart. She is quite playful, so would love a home with another mature dog with a similar energy level.

Lupe is in foster care with a fellow rescuer in New Mexico. She is not in COSIR custody. Applications for Lupe will be passed directly on to Lupe’s rescuer to review. COSIR will not be making the adoption decision and any questions will have to be answered by her rescuer. She will contact applicants directly to discuss.
