Sarge & Lucy
Sarge – 9 yr male (red) Lucy – 3 yr female (cream)
Sarge & Lucy’s parents decided they needed a new home where they can get the time, attention, and exercise they deserve. They have been together for Lucy’s lifetime, and need to stay together in their new home.
Sarge is your typical aloof Shiba and a mellow dude. He is not particularly social with other dogs, but has no problem with them. Lucy needs Sarge in her life to feel secure. She is high energy and highly social. She likes the dog park, walks, and adventures. She wold benefit from a home with a yard to romp in too. Both dogs are house trained and crate trained, very well behaved, and good with other dogs. They are good with cats, but have not been tested with children other than a newborn with no issues.
We were fortunate to have a loving home on our waitlist that was willing to take both dogs so they could stay together. They plan to adopt them after a trial period. We are not taking applications specifically for Sarge and Lucy, but if you would like to be considered for our waitlist, please complete either a foster or adoption application.
