At just 2 years old, Simba has already had 4 homes before coming into rescue. It’s time for this little cutie to have some stability in a home that understands and appreciates the breed, and is prepared to handle the challenges that come with a young Shiba. Simba is good with other dogs, kids, and cats. True to his breed, he is an escape artist! Like so many young Shibas, he loves to dig and chew up things he shouldn’t, but what else is new? He is house trained and good in his crate.

Simba has been placed in a home carefully selected from our adoption waitlist that is experienced with Shibas and ready to give him the love, time, patience, and training he needs to be the best boy he can be! They plan to adopt him after a trial period, so we are not accepting applications for Simba at this time.
