Sumo & Senji
Sumo – 12 yr & Senji – 10 yr, bonded pair, male Shibas – no small children, no stairs -adoption fee $125
Sumo and Senji are bonded pair and must be adopted together. Both are very sweet and well behaved! Senji is a little more reserved and skittish. They have lived successfully with other dogs and cats. They have not lived with children, and are very apprehensive and can be a bit reactive around them. They would do best in a home with no small children.
They are both house trained and were crate trained when they were young, but have not used one in a long time. They are both good on leash. They are not escape artists, but have been known to bolt out of a door given the opportunity.
They both enjoy a couch potato lifestyle, but Senji is also always up for a game of chase and would enjoy a little play with a younger dog. Sumo has trouble with stairs and would prefer a home without them. They love their outdoor time, so a home with some outdoor space to sunbathe in would be ideal.
Sumo is a lover and wants affection all the time. Senji takes longer to warm up. Both are very quiet, but Senji will bark when people come to the door and when strangers first come in the house.
They like to sleep together and groom each other; just one of the many reasons we could not possibly break them up! They have an amazing foster home, so we will wait for just the right home for these adorable boys.
Sumo and Senji’s adoption fee is $125 and includes their neuter, vaccinations, heartworm tests, and microchips.
